Off To Greece For A Week
It's time to take some time off.
It's been a busy summer and it's not slowing down.
But I am going to slow down for the next week.
In Greece with my family.
Like all my vacations, I'll be blogging the highlights.
And twittering.
And flickering.
I hope to get at least one photo as amazing as this one.

Have a great time on your holiday.
And if you go to Santorini, I can guarantee that you'll come back with at least fifty pictures that are at least that good. It's simply that beautiful there.

Enjoy your trip. We spent our honeymoon in greece and it was awesome. You can't go wrong with all of the little tavernas, but if you're in oia (where that photo was taken I think) there's a nice restaurant you should check out. Of course I can't remember the name (1756 or something like that), but its right on the main walkway and it has the slow food snail emblem on the front gate. Are you going to be at gnomedex in seattle next month?

have a good trip! If you get time check out thessaloniki / saloniki - I've heard it's becoming the European capital for Greece and that lots of cool things are happening there.

What a coincidence, I read your blog almost every day from Turkey... and this week we'll both be in Greece. I don't expect we'll be in the same place, we'll be in Rhodes. It's my first visit to Greece and I'm excited to experience another culture. Have a great time.
I have to say that I have a very interesting connection to your blog. I checked it out in January of last year when I read your blurb some Time Magazine feature with like 50 people giving business advice for 2007. I just keep on reading. I have virtually no connection to the industries you represent. Our only connection is that I also blog. I read your blog because you write in a way that's interesting to me even though we have no real connection. I like that, and I want to write like that some day. Keep up the good blogging...
And enjoy your time in Greece, I look forward to seeing your pics,
Jake

Check out Mama's in Santorini, greek food's great, but you'll want something with out feta cheese after a few days...recharge at Mama's, and be sure to go back in the kitchen and say hello to her, she'll leave you shaking her head for a week (Careful with kids, she's definitely not PG). Mama's is on the upper part of the island where all those pics are taken, right before the main drag of town.
