Peanut Butter Memo Action
It appears that Brad Garlinghouse's famous peanut butter memo is finally resulting in action.
Yahoo! (YHOO) is killing Yahoo Photos in favor of Flickr.
Can they kill MyWeb in favor of delicious now?

I am engaged in discussions across more than four (4) silos within Yahoo, and it is evident to me that Yahoo is a mess. They don't know who does what, they can't make it to conference calls on time -- they cannot provide basic media plans to sell against their core (and emerging) properties.
Someone (whom I do not know well) called me the other day, Yahoo's name arose, and without missing a beat, he said "Isn't Yahoo a total mess?" As if he was talking about last night's baseball game. It was a complete "no duh, right?" question -- I thought that was telling.
"Photos" becomes "Flickr" [insert index finger swirling motion here] is a superficial-at-best manifest of "Peanut Butter," and now they own Right Media, both of whom might be swallowed by MSFT.
Two words: Shit Show.
