Blackberry Speed Typing Contest
I can't believe I agreed to do this and I can't believe I lost. I mean I've been using a Blackberry (RIMM) for almost ten years!

Great first-time Thumbathon!
Next year, the contestants may be ready for some individual corporate sponsors and sport-specific apparel and gear.
I can't wait for some Nike Blackberry shoes with matching T-shirt and headband.
Good show, Wallstrip.

That was great.
Maybe next year they will go for more realism and include the true biathlon.... typing an email while still holding an "acceptable" conversation with one's Wife.

When Howard goes into the prayer position... is he stretching, or is he pushing really hard to pass gas? It's hard to tell from the reaction of everyone.

talking about funky contests, here's a contest that I'm doing with my team at Stanford University. It's called Innovation Challenge by Entrepreneurship USA. You can check out the rules here,

Our team came up with the idea of auctioning off our PRIZE - Hockey with Guy Kawasaki - a bold move we understand, but potentially great! We're taking a great risk and we need your help. Check out our eBay auction page to learn what we're really trying to do:

Hey, none of those obstacles were people walking toward you in a rush on 5th Avenue. You guys gotta take this outside.

I'm surprised you guys didn't have to wear the "official" blackberry helmet in order to compete. See it here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pen7kq6d4Nw

Dick - Have you seen our budget?
The driving though is a must for the next one.
or as andy says - typing a message with you rwife yelling out a grocery list and see how many you get right after the message is sent :)

What about a Triathlon? If you're not typing, holding an "acceptable" conversation with your wife AND driving in rush-hour traffic... I mean really, where's the challenge?

The crackberry triathlon - not bad. Speedo's for sure.

Hilarious!! I didn't have my headset so I had to watch this with no sound. Funny as hell, especially the expressions on everyone's faces.

You guys are pretty dorky, but I'll admit that had me laughing pretty hard at a few choice moments. Well played.
