Snowy Church Yard
It's barely snowed this year in New York City.
Jessica's friend who moved here from Los Angeles last summer called her all excited yesterday and shouted "it's snowing!".
I love the snow and I've missed it.
So on the way to work, I shot this photo.
It's a sight I see every day, usually twice a day, on the way to and from work.
But it looked even sweeter today.

"The blood thins faster than it thickens." Since moving to Boulder from California, I am reminded of how soft we San Franciscans or LA folk can get. What is excitement on day 1, turns into dread on day 2. My heart goes out to your daughter's friend. She doesn't yet know what hit her. :-)

See now, Ben dreads the snow, but as a transplanted New Yorker (to California), I miss it. And the picture's making me homesick. BTW, take another shot on your way home -- the church is even lovelier as you approach it North to South. The angle walking past the Forbes building is a good one. Especially if it keeps snowing!
