Song Of The Day
One of the greatest concerts I have ever seen was Peter Gabriel's 1982 tour. I posted a bit about that show in this post last year and yesterday a reader left a comment with links to some live bootlegs of the Boston (Orpheum Theater) show from that tour.
Here's a couple of my favorites:
Lay Your Hands On Me (live) - Peter Gabriel - When Gabriel jumped into the audience and they passed him around.
Family Snapshot (live) - Peter Gabriel - One of his most intense songs.

"Family Snapshot" is among the all time great songs ever written. I used to preform it live, a capella, at open mic nights. Oh that alcohol....

Thanks for posting these. I saw Peter Gabriel back in 1993 in Los Angeles. He was headlining the WOMAD Festival. One of the most memorable concerts that I've seen.

I've seen him several times, both on his own tours and on WOMAD... he never disappoints. He know how to stage an engaging show, musically and theatrically.
