A Million Little Pieces
I am working my way through the Gotham Gal's top books of 2005.
I started with A Million Little Pieces by James Frey.
It's a book about addiction and recovery and its a gripping tale.
I can't put it down.

Time stopped when I was reading that book. I had to stay up all night reading it, I had to know how his life would turn out and what would happen. One of the more powerful books I have read.

Hello hello! So I was looking up gingerbread pictures, and somehow I found your website. The first thing I noticed was that you are reading A Million Little Things! I just bought that book last night, and I read quite a few pages last night until I told myself I had to sleep so I could get up early for work. I love the format that it's written in, and I can't wait to see what will come as I continue reading it. Have fun reading it! And happy holidays!

One of the greatest books EVER!!! This is a book you CANNOT put down or ever forget about. Don't think I could sit through a movie of it though. Doesn't matter if it is all true or not, it IS a riviting story of strength and character!

The book A million little pieces is actually a million little lies. It is based upon false information and James Fry should get his ass kicked for selling a "fiction" book as 100% non-fiction. Please reference thesmokinggun.com.

Anyone who knows anything about addiction, alcoholism and/or police problems would know Frey's, "A Million Little Pieces" is a Million Little Pieces of Bullshit. That's capital "B" Jimbo.

I am only on page 95 and already am very suspcious of 1) plane trip 2) lack of clothing 3) root canal sans novacaine. But I now quote from page 95 "..the truth is what matters. It is what I should be remembered by..remember the truth". Pretty ironic!!

As soon as it aired on Oprah I had to have the book. It blew me away as it did most people. It sucks that so much was fabricated but that doesnt make it garbage. Just a little disappointing. But if the book was so public why did he think people wouldn't figure it out?
