What Does Web 2.0 Mean?

I have tried to remove the term "web 2.0" from my posts since the end of the web 2.0 conference as I believe it has lost any meaning that it may have once had and is now hopelessly hyped up.

Paul Graham wrote a nice post on the term this weekend and ultimately concludes that it means using the web the way it was meant to be used.
