Shakespeare in the Park
We went to see As You Like It last night at Shakespeare in the Park.
The acting was very good and the setting was wonderful as always.
We particularly liked Brian Bedford who played Jacques.
His character stole the show in my opinion and his speech at the end of the first act was fantastic theater.
The seats are free and you can't beat that.
If you live in NYC, I recommend trying to see this show.

Ah yes, the Seven Ages of Man monologue with the 'All the world's a stage...' bit. I was supposed to get that part (Jacques) but because I put 'play guitar' on my resume, I got Lord Amiens (of the Lords of the Forest fame) very forgettable role. I stopped puting that on my resume and I got better parts. Fun show.
