you'll find a good number of wifi hotspots around the country.
SA is an amazing country, I spent a month traveling from Capetown to Durban, surfed damn near every good beach I could find along the way. Simply amazing sights, and wonderful people.
Be sure to check stay at the Fancourt Resort if you make it to George, it's owned by Hasso Plattner.
