Bob Dylan Hawking Lingerie
Apparently people are up in arms that Bob Dylan is hawking lingerie from Victoria's Secret.
I love Bob Dylan and i find nothing wrong with this ad. In fact, i'd prefer to see ads like this on TV all the time.

I think it's fine too - rather see Bob than almost anyone else. He is iconic. And there's hardly any commercial "purity" in the record business anyway - anyone who believes that is a chump. Glad to see him make a buck.

I absolutely agree. I'm not really a big Bob Dylan fan, but I love this ad. I can't think of too many musicians who could pull it off and make it seem appealing and non-commercial. It enhances the Victorial Secret image and mystique in a way that an ad with someone like Mick Jagger or David Lee Roth ever could. And I would rather see him do an ad like this than a beer ad.
