Blogging on the road

I will be travelling for the next two weeks with my family. We are going to brazil. We are trading new york winter for brazilian summer. It should be fantastic.

I am going to try to blog a bit on the trip. I have this romantic notion of posting from an internet cafe in rio or from my cell phone on the beach.

We'll see if that actualy happens.

I spent a couple of weeks in June in Italy. My biggest challenge was trying to find an internet café that would allow me to upload my image files. It was great fun but my wife was concerned I spent too much time pursuing the blog rather than enjoying the trip. Wives and chidren may help you to stay on track. Bon Voyage.

Came to your blog to read what you said about Ted Turner. Didn't want to join, so I didn't get to see the comment.

You seem to be having a great summer.
What interested me here is the fact that you're a VC and possibly interested in ecological and humanitarian concerns. I have connections with the leaders in the field of "alternative energy", OU or ZPE as we call it. This is not solar, wind, waves and geothermal. This is energy from the quantum vacuum.

I would be interested in discussing with you the possibility of a joint venture to bring some of these technologies to market. Many of them are on the verge of commercial product.
